Policies:
We pride
ourselves with working very closely with each individual customer in order to
meet all of their needs to create the perfect wedding or special occasion.
Place
your order 12 to 14 weeks prior to your wedding or special occasion. Last minute
orders are welcome and will be accepted depending on availability. Payment is
due at the time orders are placed. Tax will be applied to all orders within
Pennsylvania.
All prices are subject to change and do not include shipping and handling. Extra
care is given to prepare the designs for shipping. Layers of tissue, batting and
bubble wrap are used for the safe delivery of your designs.
There will be an extra charge for any changes or additions you may desire, after
your designs are completed. All sales are final.
Cash, checks, money orders are accepted. A $25.00 fee will be charged for
returned checks. We do not accept credit cards.
If you
would like to speak with someone, email us your phone number and a designer will
be in touch with you.
In order
for us to service you better, we return all phone calls after our business
hours. Which is usually around 8 pm eastern time. If that is not a good time for
you, please email us a specific time to get in touch with you.
