Please read this contract carefully, print it, fill it out, sign it and send
it with your payment to the above address.
Your signature on this agreement serves as your consent to allow Give Thanks Inc
to create your designs using their best judgment and discretion based on your selections.
We reserve the right to substitute fillers, greenery and crystal sizes and
shapes depending on the
availability at the time your order is placed. Because our greens and fillers are products of nature,
there will be a slight variation in color. Due
to the fact that all of our flowers are handmade, slight variations in size,
shape and color will occur.
Payment: Payment in full is due if your delivery date is less
than 3 months
away. If your delivery date is more than 3 months away, A non refundable deposit of 50%
is required to secure our services. The remaining balance is due no less than
3 months prior to
your delivery date. If your initial payment is not received within 5 working days
after placing
an order, your order will be cancelled. The prices will be subject to change and
you will need to place a new order which will reflect our current prices and new
delivery date. If
your final balance is not paid within 7 days of the due date, your
order will become property of Give Thanks. No exceptions will be made.
Please make your payment payable to: Give Thanks Inc. Tax will be applied to all orders placed within
Pennsylvania. Checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $25.00 charge. Canceled orders will be subject to the surrender of the payment and the completed designs.
We advise you to make your selections very carefully. Orders are not refundable, all sales are final.
Errors made by Give Thanks Inc. will be replaced. Status reports are given by
email only at: wedflowers4u@aol.com
All shipments are fully insured against damage. After your designs have been completed and delivered, any further changes or alterations you may desire shall be charged to you including the costs of materials, labor, shipping, handling and tax.
All of our hand made flowers are patented. Anyone copying our designs will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
The laws of Pennsylvania will govern this agreement and venue. Any dispute will be in Allegheny County, Pa. In any dispute, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover fees and costs.
